My biggest jigsaw puzzle: 9 000 pieces; 2 years of building it, 20 minutes of destroying it.

Hi, I am Irina.

Originally from Sofia, Bulgaria, I had lived in The Netherlands for 1,5 years prior to relocating to Berlin, Germany, where I have been living for 11,5 years now. I have more than 17 years of practical experience as a Business Process Manager in the IT, Software, and Telecommunications industries. I am an MBA graduate with a major in Management Information Systems (MIS) and a Ph.D. candidate in Organizational Development. My passion is solving organizational and process puzzles of all kinds and continuously improving everything for everyone. I am also an avid follower of and a true believer in the “future of work” movement, especially the works of Gary Hamel and Frederic Laloux.
